(Oral) In the instant petition, challenge is to order dated 12.09.2022 (P-7), vide which the respondents have reserved the post of village Chhilarki for 3rd time for scheduled caste category candidates. At the very outset, learned State counsel has placed on record copy of order dated 21.09.2022 whereby at page no 2, it has been mentioned that no post of scheduled caste category has been reserved of village Chhilarki. The order dated 21.09.2022 is taken on record as Annexure A-1. In view of the above,the present petition is dismissed as having become rendered infructuous.
