Through the instant application, a prayer is made for grant of leave to withdraw the main case, however, with liberty to the petitioner to again approach the learned trial Court concerned for claiming the relief of regular bail.

As prayed for, the instant application is allowed. The main case is ordered to be taken on board today itself and leave is also granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw the main case, with liberty (supra).
