This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for violation of the order dated 12.07.2018 passed in CWP-16712-2018. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that a speaking order dated 27.08.2025 has since been passed which has been handed over to the Court. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. A copy of the speaking order has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

In view of the speaking order, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
