RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.0052, dated 06.06.2019, under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.2, District Pathankot, qua the present petitioner as well as other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take all the pleas taken before this Court before the trial Court at an appropriate stage. Allowed as prayed for.
