RAJIV SHARMA,J By way of preferring this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed order dated 11.3.2019 (P.1) passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench.

The petitioner had filed OA No.060/0568 of 2015, which was disposed of on 21.11.2017, the operative part of which reads as under: "Accordingly, the impugned order is set aside and O.A is disposed of with a direction to competent authority amongst the respondents to take a view on the claim of the applicant in view earlier decision of this Court in earlier round of litigation. Let the above exercise be carried out within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, and the order so passed be duly communicated to him."

In sequel to the directions issued on 21.11.2017, case of the petitioner was considered and rejected. In these circumstances, the petitioner filed a contempt petition for non-compliance of order dated 21.11.2017.

CWP No.24425 of 2019 #2# The fact of the matter, as noticed hereinabove is that the directions have been complied with and the case of the petitioner has since been considered and rejected. The petitioner has the liberty to assail the rejection of his case by filing substantive Original Application. Thus, no ground is made out to entertain the present petition and the same is dismissed being bereft of merit.
