Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct that the petitioner shall supply a complete copy of writ petition to the 3rd respondent within a week from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, which shall be treated as representation and the 3rd respondent shall consider the same and pass a speaking order thereon, within a period two months thereafter.
