(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to approach this Court again in case no effective action is taken by the authorities concerned pursuant to registration of FIR No.89, dated 26.7.2022, Police Station Meharban, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana, under Sections 323, 341, 506, 451, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, within the next three months.
