(ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for directing respondents No. 2 and 3 to take legal action on the representation dated 29.07.2024 (Annexure P2) given by the petitioner for protecting her life and liberty from the hands of private respondents No. 4 and 5 and not to interfere in her personal life and liberty as she is living separately from her husband-respondent No.4. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to pursue alternate remedy in accordance with law as per Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P. and others 2008(1) R.C.R.(Criminal) 392. Permitted to do so.
