(Oral) The petitioners seek the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.215 dated 31.10.2020 under Sections 336, 148, 149 IPC, Section 307 IPC (added later on) and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Boha, District Mansa. A perusal of the file reveals that vide order dated 14.03.2022 passed by this Court, the present petition was dismissed as withdrawn qua petitioner No.2/Manpreet Singh @ Mangu.
The learned counsel for the petitioner No.1/Kuldeep Singh @ Kinda submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 28.02.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned State counsel submits that the petitioner No.1/Kuldeep Singh @ Kinda has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 28.02.2022 and is not required for custodial interrogation. In this view of the matter, interim order dated 28.02.2022 is made absolute, qua petitioner No.1 only.

However, the petitioner No.1/Kuldeep Singh @ Kinda shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition stands disposed of.
