Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This is a revision petition against order dated 06.10.2021 passed by the Family Court, Amritsar, whereby respondent No.2, minor son of the petitioner has been held entitled to monthly maintenance of ` 7000 per month from the petitioner, from the date of filing of the petition. Respondent No.1/wife was not held entitled to any maintenance. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the amount of maintenance is on a higher side as the petitioner/ husband only owns 8 kanals of land. Apart from that, he has no source of earning. A perusal of the impugned order shows that the petitioner himself consented before the Family Court to pay maintenance to his son/ respondent No.2. It is also recorded that he has no other liability as both his parents are no more. Since the petitioner is an able bodied person and can earn from other sources also, his monthly income was assessed around AVIN KUMAR 2023.01.18 18:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CRR No.471 of 2021 [2] ` 25,000. Based on that, the amount of monthly maintenance to the minor son was awarded.

There is no error of law in the impugned order nor any could be pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Dismissed.
