Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuing directions to respondent Nos. 3 & 4 to relieve the petitioners from their present place of posting, in pursuance to transfer order dated 28.06.2022 (P-3) issued by respondent No. 2. At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioners, submits that they have been relieved in pursuance of above transfer order; thus present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
