This is an application for placing on record the written statement on behalf of respondents No.1 and 3.

 participate in 30th Junior National Tennis Ball Cricket Championship for (Under -19 Boys Girls) at Haridwar (U.K.) 2022-23, going to be held w.e.f. 21.09.2022 to 24.09.2022.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the present petition has become infructuous since the tournament in question was held in the month of September 2022.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner association. It seems that they have no subsisting grievance as on date. Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Liberty is, however, granted to the petition association to seek revival of the present petition in case any of their grievance(s) still survives.
