*** RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) CM-367-CWP-2024 Instant application has been filed for impleading legal heirs of sole petitioner Nafe Singh in the present petition. For the reasons recorded in the application, legal heirs of the deceased petitioner namely Nafe Singh as mentioned in para No.2 of the application are ordered to be impleaded as petitioners in the present petition.

Amended memo of parties annexed with the application is ordered to be taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place.

Application stands allowed.

-2CWP-5687-2018 Present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 08.02.2018 (Annexure P-8) whereby revision petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed by respondent No.1 and order dated 08.11.2017 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.3 whereby Naksha "Kh" has been issued without considering the objections filed by the petitioner and the same are illegal, arbitrary and without appreciating the facts, circumstances and evidence on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of the present petition, both the sides have amicably resolved the issue by way of compromise dated 18.12.2023. He has fairly submitted that respondent No.6 though has died, however his son, namely, Bijender is present in person in Court and he has also compromised the matter.

On asking of the Court, Dharambir, son of late Nafe Singh i.e. petitioner No.4; Suresh, son of Teka i.e. respondent No.4 and Bijender, son of late Kartar Singh i.e. respondent No.6, who are present in present in Court, have affirmed that the matter has been compromised between the parties.

Learned counsel for the respondents has also affirmed the compromise arrived at between the parties.

Both the parties have made a joint request that the present petition be disposed of in view of the compromise (Annexure P-10) arrived at between the parties.

-3In view of the above position, the present petition is disposed of as such. Parties would be abide by the terms and conditions of the compromise dated 18.12.2023 (Annexure P-10). The respondentState would take further necessary action, if so required, keeping in view the compromise arrived at between the parties.
