ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) CM-20400-CII-2014 This is an application for condonation of delay of 541 days in filing the appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and delay stands condoned.

Main case Aggrieved with the inadequate compensation vide award dated 05.11.2012 rendered by Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, (Adhoc) Fast Track Court, Hoshiarpur, claimants are before this Court by way of an appeal.

Since the cross-objections filed by the claimants in FAO No.539-2013 are being decided by an order of even date, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the order of even date passed in claimant's CrossObjections in FAO No. 539 of 2013 - National Insurance Company Limited vs Jaswinder Kaur and others.
