(ORAL) In the present case, counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have already been granted the relief, which has been prayed in the present writ petition, vide order dated 16.07.2018. Counsel for the respondents accepts the passing of the order dated 16.07.2018.
Counsel for the petitioners further states that despite the fact that the order has already been passed, but the same has not been implemented so far.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondents to implement the said order dated 16.07.2018 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
