**** RAJAN GUPTA, J. (Oral) CM-18305-CII-2019 This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act seeking condonation of 06 days delay in filing the appeal. In view of the averments made in the application, same is allowed and delay in filing the appeal is condoned.

FAO-5471-2019 (O&M) After arguing at some length, counsel for the appellant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to raise all his pleas before the trial court at the stage of final arguments. He, further prays that direction be issued to the court below to conclude the proceedings expeditiously. We accept this prayer. The instant appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. The trial court shall do the needful to conclude the proceedings at the earliest, in any case, not later than five months.
