This appeal has been filed against award dated 14.10.2013. The accident in this case took place on 02.05.2011. The appeal is of year 2014. Notice of motion was issued to the Insurance Company vide order dated 24.02.2015.

On 12.02.2016, counsel for the appellant was directed to file correct address of respondent No.3 but the same has not been filed till date.

Today again, a request has been made seeking more time to file correct address of insurance company.

It appears that interest is lacking to pursue the matter. The appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Copy of this order be sent to the appellant.
