  Present writ petition is filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 24.02.2020 (P22) passed in PRO No. 43 of 2019 as well as order dated 13.10.2020 (P212) passed in RA No. 04 of 2020 as the same have been passed in total disregard to the settled provisions of law and further directing the respondents to take action in terms of Sections 142 and 146 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. December 23, 2020
