3+4 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the retiral benefits of the petitioner have been paid by respondents No. 2 to 5, but the interest component is still pending.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 to 5 undertakes that payment of interest component at the applicable rates shall be made to the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from today.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondents No. 2 to 5, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is hereby disposed of.
