ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Affidavit of the Superintendent of Police, filed in the Court is taken on record, according to which an FIR No.201 dated 20.11.2022 under Sections 148, 149, 308, 323, 506 IPC, Police Station Jathlana, District Yamuna Nagar was registered and thereafter, the investigation was got conducted through the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Radaur, who has submitted a report, in which it is stated that during the investigation, Section 308 IPC was deleted and no evidence was found against some of the persons mentioned in Para 6 of the affidavit. It is stated that the charge-sheet has already been submitted before the Illaqa Magistrate against 05 accused persons and the same is now pending for 02.12.2023.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy before the concerned Court, in accordance with law, if so advised.
