Mr. Jagbir Malik, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that petitioners, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondents No.1 and 2 to consider and decide legal notice dated 12.04.2019 (Annexure P-13) within some specified time.
