The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 11.06.2023, Annexure P-6, vide which the claim to grant the revised pay scale of ACP Scheme after 9 years of service had been raised.

Learned counsel for the petitioner faced with the fact mentioned in para 9 of the reply filed by way of Affidavit of Director, Language Department, Punjab dated 06.05.2024 that no legal notice was received, prays for liberty to serve another legal notice, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection. 3.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case the petitioner gets served a legal notice/file representation within a period of MOHIT 2025.02.18 17:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
