The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to direct respondent No.3 to take effective action against the accused persons mentioned in the complaint Annexure P-1. 2.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing anything on merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna, Ludhiana to look into the matter and to dispose of representation (Annexure P-1) expeditiously in accordance with law. It is further ordered that in case any of the articles including testimonials of the complainant are found in possession of the petitioner's husband and family, the same be got returned at the GAURAV SOROT 2019.09.06 17:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
