**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and also direction to respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to interfere in the personal lives and liberty of the petitioners and not to allow respondent Nos.3 and 4 or anybody else to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioners at the behest of respondent No.5. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case.
