Heard.

Petitioner is seeking transfer of the complaint No.4443 of 2016 titled as "Jeet Ram Chaudhary Vs. Mahender Kumar Goyal" pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Faridabad on the ground that Court has told the petitioner that the case has already been decided and further proceedings are just formalities.

On query, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that case is at final stage of arguments and such observation was made during the course of arguments.

Earlier, the applicant had moved application before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridabad seeking transfer of the case. Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate has discarded the contention of petitioner with a speaking order which call for no interference as the case is at advance stage of arguments and final disposal.

This petition has no merits.

Dismissed.
