This Court finds that the order was passed after hearing the parties.

Learned counsel submits that inadvertently it was mentioned that respondent no.4 has been promoted as Planning Officer whereas he has only been recommended but could not join because status quo order was passed. However, such facts have not been brought on record. 4.
No case for recalling of the application is made out. 5.
Application is rejected.

However, the rejection of recalling application would not impede the applicant from moving a fresh application.
