**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family/daughter at the hands of Gurkarandeep Singh Sachdeva son of Varinderpal Singh Sachdeva.

The petitioner herein is the husband of Tarandeep Kaur, who has filed a separate CRM-M-43899-2020 titled as 'Tarandeep Kaur vs State of Punjab and others'.

The issue involved in this petition is similar to the one as raised in CRM-M-43899-2020, which has been dismissed vide order of the even date passed by this Court.

For the detailed reasons recorded in CRM-M-43899-2020 titled as 'Tarandeep Kaur vs State of Punjab and others', the present petition is dismissed.
