The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.11 dated 12.01.2014, registered under Sections 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station Cantonment, Amritsar City, Amritsar and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the concerned Magistrate qua the proceedings of cancellation report.
