Seeking issuance of directions to take appropriate action on a detailed complaint dated 29.05.2021 (Annexure P-4), petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC.

Perusal of the file shows that although there is no lis for this Court to be decided but in the larger interest of justice, State is directed to comply with their stand made in the reply dated 13.03.2022.
