The present regular second appeal has been filed against judgment and decree dated 16.03.2010, passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Patiala, whereby, order impugned in the civil suit was set aside, however, liberty was granted to the appellants to pass a fresh order. The appellants filed appeal against the same, which was dismissed vide judgment and decree dated 25.05.2010 by learned District Judge, Patiala. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent contends that in compliance of judgment and decree dated 16.03.2010 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Patiala, fresh enquiry was conducted and punishment was awarded, which is not challenged by the respondent till date and the respondent has retired in May, 2021.

In view of the same, the present regular second appeal has become infructuous.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. 5.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
