(ORAL) Petitioner has invoked jurisdiction of this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India of issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to adjust surplus staff posted in C.R.Z., Senior Secondary School, Sonepat (an aided school run by the petitionerSociety) to some other aided school where there is requirement of these posts or directing respondents to pay 100% of their current and future salary from the state funds and further to reimburse entire (100%) past salary of these employees to petitioner from the date respondents were first informed and requested t o adjust the surplus employees in some other school. In my view, relief as sought cannot be granted in the capacity of the Society. The case of petitioner has to be in individual capacity. Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for
