ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the State submits that in compliance of the order dated 17.05.2019, the Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa, has passed a detailed order on 19.03.2021.

It appears that the petitioner instead of challenging the said order, which is appealable under the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, has filed the second CWP No.30716 of 2019 again praying for a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, to complete the enquiry, which stands completed much before filing of the second writ petition. Faced with the same, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this contempt petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly.
