       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case No.NDPS 539 of 2020, titled as 'State Vs. Sukhdev Singh', arising out of FIR No.152 dated 29.09.2019, registered at Police Station Sirhali, District Tarn Taran, under Section 18 NDPS Act, 1985. Vide order dated 15.11.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court within 10 days and on doing so, he was to be admitted to ad interim bail.
