It is effectively submitted that intending purchaser could not be fixed at the time when permission to sell the share of the minor was granted by the competent Court. Now the counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that even if a weeks' time is granted, as intending purchaser has already entered into an agreement with the appellant, the entire sale transaction in terms of the permission originally granted by the Court would be completed. Time till 15.5.2015 is granted for execution of the sale deed qua the share of the minor.

The appeal is ordered accordingly.
