The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail in the case stemming from complaint/file No. DGGI/INT/INTL/518/2025-GrA-O/o ADG-DGGI-ZU-Chandigarh for offences under Sections 132(1)(b) and 132(1)(c) of the Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 (hereinafter 'CGST Act'), punishable under Section 132(1) of the GST Act read with Section 20 of the IGST Act, 2017.

Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition as the arrest of the petitioner has been declared illegal and his release has been ordered vide judgment dated 30.07.2025 rendered in the Habeas Corpus petition bearing No. CRWP 6077 of 2025 titled 'Barkha Bansal vs. State of U.T., Chandigarh & others.' 3.

Consequently, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
