***** JASPAL SINGH, J Through instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release all the remaining retiral benefits with interest.

At the very outset of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner feel satisfied, in case, direction is issued to respondents to decide legal notice dated 11.01.2018 (Annexure P-3), within some stipulated period.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction to respondents to consider the case set up by the petitioner in legal notice dated 11.01.2018 (Annexure P-3) and to take a conscious decision in accordance with law, within a period of two Sonika 2018.03.09 16:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

However, if the petitioner still feels dissatisfied against the order passed by the concerned authority, he shall be at liberty to have recourse to the other remedies available under law as well as to approach this Court.
