AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) The petitioners are aggrieved of the impugned order dated 21.04.2017 (Annexure P-8), whereby, petitioner No.3, who is the Director and Team Manager of petitioners No.1 and 2, has been suspended for 8 consecutive football matches played under AIFF Regulations besides banning him under Articles 21 and 22, a fine of `7.00 lakhs was imposed under Article 58 of the AIFF Disciplinary Code. Mr. Animesh Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that despite having been replied to the show-causenotices dated 24.03.2017 by petitioners No.1 and 3, a penalty has been imposed without considering the stand taken therein. The petitioners have invoked the extra ordinary jurisdiction of this Court on the premise that Football Matches under AIIF is scheduled to be held from 28.04.2017 to 30.04.2017. CWP No.8500 of 2017 {2} filing an appeal before the Appellate Authority against the order dated 21.04.2017 (Annexure P-8). He further submits that he will avail the remedy with a prayer for interim relief.

In view of the aforementioned request, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the Appellate Authority to consider the interim relief of the petitioner contemplated to be moved along with appeal as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two days from the date of receipt of the appeal and application. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the petitioners under the signatures of Reader attached to this Court for necessary compliance.
