Peoner had rered on 31.03.2017. The only dispute is regarding nonpayment of the gratuity amount. 3.

Today, learned counsel for respondent No.3, on instrucons from Mr. Yamish Sama, SDO (Civil), PSTCL has made a statement before this Court that gratuity amount of
10 lakhs has already been released to the peoner on 01.10.2019. 4.

In view of the afore-said statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.3, the present peon stands disposed of.
