Present petition has been filed praying for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No. 371, dated 26.12.2023, under Sections 419, 465, 467, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station City Kharar, District SAS Nagar, Mohali.

Vide order dated 11.8.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 11.8.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, interim order dated 11.8.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS.

Petition stands allowed.
