During the course of hearing, both the parties, i.e. the petitioners and respondents No.3 and 5, have arrived at a consensus for exchange of a portion of land between themselves, in the following manner:- (a) The area marked as 'A' in the site plan extracted below and depicted in green colour in the Site Plan (Annexure P-1 at page 23 of the writ petition), situated adjacent to the passage (shown in red colour) leading towards Killa No.1 of Rectangle No.19 and presently allotted to respondents No.3 and 5, shall be given to the petitioner. In lieu thereof, an equivalent area shall be given by the petitioner to respondents No.3 and 5 from the land comprised in Rectangle No.19, Killa Nos.11 and 12, which is shown in brown colour and is situated directly behind the greencoloured area already allotted to respondents No.3 and 5 (marked as 'B' in the site plan extracted below); (b) That t
