(Through video conferencing) ***** Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties submit that the parties have orally settled their dispute and according to the oral settlement, the claimant will be paid a sum of Rs.75,000/- (Seventy Five Thousands Only) over and above the amount of Rs.55,500/- already awarded by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Ambala. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Insurance Company submits that the amount of Rs.75,000/- will be paid to the claimant within a period of four weeks from today.
As the parties have already settled their dispute in an oral agreement, the same may be implemented and the present appeal is disposed of with the direction that keeping in view the oral settlement between the parties, another sum of Rs.75,000/- i.e. over and above the sum of Rs.55,500/- already awarded by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Ambala, be released in favour of the claimant within a period of four weeks GAURAV ARORA 2021.07.15 10:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
