(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for quashing the communication dated 06.09.2022 (Annexure P-7) vide which the demarcation has been ordered without taking into consideration the mandate of law as well as for quashing any further action on the part of respondents in future for demarcation in continuation of aforesaid communication dated 06.09.2022 (Annexure P-7) and for staying the operation of the impugned communication dated 06.09.2022 (Annexure P-7) as well as any further order with regard to conducting of demarcation may also kindly be stayed.

Learned counsel for the State has submitted before this Court that grievances raised by the petitioner in the present petition have RITTU 2024.03.14 10:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.21732 of 2022 -2- 2024:PHHC:034160 already been redressed as the State of Haryana are not going to conduct fresh demarcation as has been stated in the reply filed by Vishal Bajwan, Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Block Nathusari Chopta, District Sirsa, thus nothing survives in the present petition for adjudication.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also admitted that the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
