(Oral) Petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 30.03.2022 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.2 in Case No.01/SC/DM dated 15.12.2020 titled 'Susheel Razdan Vs. Neelam Sharma and another' and to pass an order against respondents No.3 and 4 for eviction from the property of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition.

The prayer is accepted.
