Without going into the merits and de-merits of the case, I dispose of present writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of petitioner in the light of the policy dated 28.01.2019, Annexure P-4 and take appropriate decision thereon in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

It is made clear that in case decision is not taken within the time frame, there shall be costs of Rs.50,000/- to be paid to the petitioner. In case the claim of the petitioner is to be rejected, then a well reasoned and speaking order be passed and conveyed to the petitioner.
