RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for grant of regular bail in FIR No.127, dated 16.10.2022, under Sections 376 and 385 IPC, and Sections 67, 67a of the IT Act, 2008, at Police Station Anandpur Sahib. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition.
