This petition is filed for releasing the petitioner on regular bail in FIR No. 299, dated 22nd September, 2020, under Section 15 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Sections 332, 353, 186, 427 and 307 IPC, registered at Police Station Ellenabad, District Sirsa.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has been granted default bail, this petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of.
