RA-CW-299-2025 has also been filed in CWP No. 20177-2017-Ajaib Singh's case (supra) and the same was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 21.07.2025, hence, the present application be also decided in the same terms as being held in RA-CW-299-2025 in CWP No. 20177-2017-Ajaib Singh's case (supra), decided on 21.07.2025.

Learned counsel for the review applicant has not been able to rebut the aforesaid fact.
