(ORAL) By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought the indulgence of this Court for the issuance of a direction for fair and impartial investigation in respect of the complaint (Annexure P-1) as moved by him and for handing over the investigation to the Special Investigating Team or any other independent agency and has also prayed for directing respondents No.1 to 3 to constitute a SIT to probe/investigate the Cyber Crime committed by respondent No.4 in connivance with the bank officials. Mr. Apoorv Garg, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, has joined the proceedings on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 in this case in pursuance of the copies of the instant petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance and he has forwarded the documents/notes wherein the above-said complaint, as moved by the petitioner, has been recommended to be filed.

In view of these documents, it becomes explicit that the cause of action does not survive any more in favour of the petitioner so as to pursue this petition further. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed accordingly.
