Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for directing respondent No.1 to consider the application dated 05.04.2017 (P-1) of the petitioner and issue Letter of Intent (LOI)/Stage Carriage Permit on route No.258 (Gohana to Kharkohda, Farmana).

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that present petition be disposed off as not pressed. 3.
