The Central Administrative Tribunal in its judicial discretion has not granted stay to the petitioner against the order whereby his contractual appointment has been terminated. The main case is now fixed before the Tribunal on 30.01.2017. We thus direct the respondents to file their written statement within one week and the rejoinder, if any, be filed within three days thereafter so as to enable the learned Tribunal to decide the Original Application on merits on the date fixed or immediate thereafter. Disposed of.
